Credit Unions are built on the philosophy of "People Helping People," and CDC FCU strives to uphold this message by being an active member and partner of our community. Because We Care is a community-based outreach program built on the standards of growth, compassion and empowerment. Specifically, the program allows us to help those who are in need of educational, volunteer, or financial support. It is important to CDC FCU that we help serve those in our direct community of North Atlanta.
Because We Care is a unique way we can spread the "CDC FCU message" to members of the community, various volunteer organizations, governmental figures, media outlets, and even the general public.
Some opportunities for community efforts include playground builds, elderly assistance, charity walks and more. Whether you're passioniate about running a 5K or assisting with repairs, CDC FCU has an event scheduled, which needs your help!
