Personal Access Line (PAL)
Whenever it's convenient for you, from wherever you are, CDC Federal Credit Union’s PAL provides you with many account related transactions, information and automated services right over the phone. For more on what PAL can do for you, see the quick reference guide. You will need to set-up a personal identification number (PIN) to access PAL services.

Our main service line is available from 8am – 6pm, Monday through Friday. Virtually any transaction you can do in a branch can now be done by phone or online, except cash deposits or withdrawals.
